Boxing

The Boxing program at paragon is based on Western style boxing with emphasis on MMA training. As a mixed martial arts gym we combine what works. The great tools one can take from boxing training are footwork and head movement. Boxing for MMA purposes will teach fighters proper spacing and strong punching fundamentals. Also, students will learn critical defensive movements and counterpunching skills.

Our gym is equipped with all the necessary bags and training equipment, as well as a competition size elevated boxing ring.

Our instructors are both resourceful and patient, making the sport easy to pick up for anyone looking to learn.
